Daily Diet!
It's day 6 of the combined weight watchers, dark chocolate and red wine diet. I've been having a maximum of 22 points a day but try and stop at 20. To make it easier for the first week I have more or less had the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. For breakfast I have all bran with 2 ounces of strawberries, 2 ounces of blueberries, half a small banana, an ounce of linseed/flaxseed and a little skimmed milk with a coffee. Lunch is usually 2 slices of toast (weight watchers bread) with marmite and a salad. As Tues - Thursday I get up at 5 am I have been having a weight watchers yogurt with a little porridge oats mid afternoon. Dinner is a weight watchers wrap with low fat cottage cheese, lettuce, cucumber and salsa, followed by 5 squares of dark chocolate and a glass red wine. If I have any points left I sometimes have a weight watchers biscuit. I think on the whole it's a good healthy diet. Also I have been using the wii fit plus most days and exercise for at least 30 mins. Hopefully I shall have lost a few pounds when I weigh myself Saturday morning.

Dark chocolate and red wine!
Well I thought this diet seemed too good to be true. One or two glasses of red wine every night with dark chocolate but looks like I was wrong. I have been dieting since February and managed to lose 43 pounds for my holiday at the end of July. I started on the slim-fast and lost about 16 pounds then I went on the weight watchers points losing the rest of the 43 pounds in time for my holiday. The weight watchers seemed to almost come to halt after the holiday so I started on the dark chocolate and red wine in hope of losing more weight for the alldayer we are having next Sunday. To my surprise after just 2 nights I had lost 3 pounds, hope it keeps working!

Diets That Work For Weight Loss and Diets That Don't Work For Weight Loss
1. Principles that work
The first principle is that the diet must be high in protein.
High in carbs and high in fat just aren't healthy options. Protein is powerful simply because it is truly part of who you are. You're body is made up of proteins. Protein in meals supercharges your metabolism. It knocks out hunger by suppressing appetite. It's a must in any weight loss diet.
The second principle is that the diet needs to effectively spread out the calories in smaller meals and if possible, front-load those calories earlier in the day. If you eat 2 or 3 big meals a day, your digestive system won't be efficient. It just won't happen. It get backed up. It's much better to eat the same amount of calories, but in more frequent, smaller meals. The added digestive efficiency will help go a long way towards weight loss. Also, if possible, move more of those meals to earlier in the day so your body doesn't become desperate for cravings in the afternoon and after dinner.
2. Principles that don't work
Starving yourself is the first principle. Starving yourself down-regulates your metabolism. Your body will cling to the foods that you do eat. End result... those foods become bodyfat. It's a bodily survival mechanism that's thousands of years old. Don't fight it. Any weight you lose through starvation will pile back on you within a few weeks or months.
The second principle is to NEVER drink your calories, except for in protein shakes. Most liquid calories are empty sugar calories. They're 100% USELESS to you and your body. If you need that sweet taste, use Stevia packets to sweeten your water. They work great and allowed me to stop drinking sodas in 3 days. I haven't looked back too.
Weight loss really isn't that complicated of a thing. I just gave you 2 principles of diets that work for weight loss and 2 principles of diets that don't work for weight loss... use them because they'll take you pretty far.

Generally speaking a plan like this can enable somebody to lose around a pound each day as it is based on a diet of between one thousand to fifteen hundred calories on a daily basis.
